Student Friendly Landlords For Almost 30 Years.
We are two long term landlords in the Albany area operating since 1996. One of us has lived in the very same neighborhood as the apartments since 1989, initially as a UAlbany student. We care about our buildings very much. We are hands-on landlords. Our individual skill-sets include: master electrician, plumber, heating specialist, and general construction. When something goes wrong in one of our apartments, the response time is surprisingly short. We do not use property managers. You will typically have an actual owner walk you through the apartments, communicate directly with you, and most likely perform apartment maintenance for you.
